Laura Riva

Laura Riva has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Communication. Laura was a Consigliera del Consiglio Direttivo di AIDP Lombardia at AIDP - Associazione Italiana per la Direzione del Personale from June 2017 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Global Human Resources Director at LATI starting from November 2016. From February 2016 to October 2016, Laura worked as a Consultant and Trainer in the areas of Human Resources, Communication, and Certification at Casa editrice Este. Laura also worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC from April 2015 to February 2016. Before that, they held the role of HR and Communication Director at Zambon Company SpA from April 2014 to April 2015. Laura's extensive career also includes working as the Director of Human Resources and Communication at Goglio S.p.A. from February 1986 to April 2014.

Laura Riva obtained their diploma from the Suore Marcelline Institute between 1976 and 1981. During this time, they studied languages, with a particular focus on English and German. Following their diploma, they pursued further education at Università Bocconi from 1981 to 1986. At Bocconi, Laura earned a laurea in economia politica, specializing in the field of political economy.
