In the global search industry, Ms. Callahan’s specialty is fulfilling international executive positions (C-Level, Director and senior management). She has industry specialties in pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, energy (electricity, oil and gas), financial services, industrial and telecommunications sectors. Early in Ms. Callahan’s career, she founded World Wide Mortgage based in New York City and was Director of Shun Tak Holding, a consortium including entertainment, tourism, shipping, real estate, banking, and air transportation, based in Hong Kong. She also led the launch of the first Brazilian office for New York based executive search firm Picard International. Ms. Callahan previously acted as Vice President of AT Kearney Executive Search based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She was later promoted to expand the firm’s executive search practice throughout Latin America, where she served clients in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, technology, and industrial sectors.

Ms. Callahan is founder and Vice President of the Group Executivas de São Paulo; a member of American Chamber of Brazil and Brazilian-American Chamber; a member of Board of Institute Vida Jovem, and is a trustee member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Her firm is a Certified Women Owned Business.
