Pauline Swart

Pauline Swart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Latin American market, currently serving as Director Latin America at Tripolis Solutions BV since June 2011, and previously holding the position of Country Director for Argentina and Chile. Pauline is also the Founder and Country Director of Access Latin America, providing support for over 300 companies looking to enter the region. In addition, Pauline has been a member of the Board of Directors for DMA Data & Marketing Association Argentina since February 2016 and held commercial roles at New Digital Way and Talent Foundation PvT. Previous contributions include board membership at the Dutch-Argentine Chamber of Commerce and a partnership with the European Institute of Social Capital. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Culture, Organisation & Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, International Trade, and International Relations from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
