Anna Bloomer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family therapy and community development. Currently serving as a Masters Level Family Therapist at the Latin American Community Center since March 2011, Anna specializes in data-driven therapeutic interventions, including Parent-Child Interactive Therapy and the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program). Prior to this role, Anna worked as a Grant Writer and Community Development Specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago from March 2003 to August 2004, focusing on women's health initiatives. Additionally, Anna contributed to resource development and grant writing at Mercy Housing in California from February 1999 to May 2000. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Women's Studies from Bard College and a Master of Social Work with a focus on Policy and Community Organizing from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work.
