Dimitrios Jim Tasikas

Dimitrios Jim Tasikas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and finance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Latina Boulevard Foods, LLC, since September 2019, Tasikas oversees operations, co-ops, and brand management for Rochester Meat Co. Additionally, since January 2006, Tasikas has been a Private Lender at DJT Lending, focusing on financing for construction, restaurants, food processors, and individual clients. Prior to this, Tasikas held the position of President and CEO at Rochester Meat Co. Inc. from January 2000 to September 2019, where responsibilities included strategic oversight, profit and loss management, and operational development. Earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Power Engineer at Praxair, Inc. Tasikas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
