In the world of film and television, there are no formal training programs for the creative executive role. No certification. No official pipeline. You learn it by doing — or by knowing exactly the right people.

Founded in 2021 and supported by the Eva Longoria Foundation, Latina Squad is the founding chapter of a specialized creative executive workforce and thinktank designed to sharpen the skills and facilitate deal making for working creative executives at studios, streamers and production companies, from Director level all the way to Executive Vice President level.

Our infrastructure:
→ Salons — monthly invite-only gatherings for dealmaking and cross-sector intelligence
→ Ladder Up — executive coaching for mid-level to C-Suite transitions, exclusively for members
→ Intel — real-time unpublished market intelligence, exclusively for members
→ Hotline — a direct-access directory enabling referrals, staffing, and business development
→ The Creative Executive Honors — the only annual event in Hollywood dedicated entirely to recognizing the executives behind the camera

For companies and sponsors: your creative executives are already here — and their fingerprints are on the shows you're actively watching. Investing in this community isn't philanthropy — it is staying competitive.

If you are a creative executive at a studio or network: Message us if you would like to be put on the mailing list for our private Spotlight Salons and dinners.
