Daniel Vivar

Daniel Vivar is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Talento y Cultura at Latina Televisión since April 2017. Vivar oversees various HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and organizational culture. Additionally, Vivar has held multiple managerial roles at TP Group, focusing on human development and certification programs in strategic talent management. As an educator, Vivar teaches human resources courses at several institutions, including Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and has extensive prior experience at BBVA Continental in various HR capacities.
