Natalie Gil is the founder of LAtINiTY, a Latin American technology and innovation consulting firm. Natalie has over fifteen years of experience in the technology industry, including stints at BenchK12, Auna, and Darshana Inc. Gil has also consulted for the Inter-American Development Bank, where they led blockchain projects between the IaDB and the MIT Media Lab. In addition to their work in the private sector, Gil is a partner and general manager at rational7, a management consulting firm.
