Iliana Castro, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and education. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Latino Community Credit Union since June 2014, Iliana has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise. Previously, Iliana fulfilled the role of Professor at Guilford Technical Community College, teaching Math and GED courses for a year. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at Telefónica Perú from July 1996 to April 2011. Iliana holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad de Piura and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
