Omar Lopez, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Latino Community Credit Union, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Omar held the role of Head of HR - Americas at Huntsman Corporation from October 2018 to July 2023, responsible for HR strategy across multiple countries and implementing various human resources initiatives. Previous experience includes leadership roles in human resources at Betterware Mexico, Driscoll's, and Sanmina-SCI, with a strong focus on talent development, employee relations, and labor regulations in Latin America. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Universidad Panamericana and further training at institutions such as Duke University and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
