Stephanie Ledesma currently holds the position of Executive Member at the Latino Corporate Directors Association since March 2022, focusing on promoting Latinx representation in corporate leadership. Academically, Ledesma earned a Master's Degree in Applied Analytics from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lindenwood University, complemented by an Executive Leadership Program completion at Harvard Business School from September 2022 to May 2023.
