Stephanie Ledesma

Stephanie Ledesma currently holds the position of Executive Member at the Latino Corporate Directors Association since March 2022, focusing on promoting Latinx representation in corporate leadership. In addition, Ledesma serves as the Vice President of Community Health at Kaiser Permanente since February 2020, with a prior role as Interim Senior Vice President from February 2021 to June 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Aetna, a CVS Health Company from August 2015 to January 2020, and as Vice President of Information Technology & Claim Operations at Magellan Health from June 2007 to August 2015, where Ledesma also held the title of IT Director. Academically, Ledesma earned a Master's Degree in Applied Analytics from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lindenwood University, complemented by an Executive Leadership Program completion at Harvard Business School from September 2022 to May 2023.
