Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Workplace Culture & Operations at Latino Network, Eva is known for their expertise in creating and implementing HR policies, practices, and strategies aligned with organizational values and objectives. Prior to their current role, Eva worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Xenium HR, where Eva managed and implemented HR service deliverables for a diverse range of client accounts. With a background in financial advisory roles and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mills College, Eva brings a unique skill set to their current position.
