Rodolfo Serna

Rodolfo Serna is a dedicated mentor at Latino Network, providing crucial support to gang-affected families since November 2017. As Mural Director, Rodolfo has overseen the creation of over 20 murals throughout the Greater Portland area since January 2006, often collaborating with participants to realize artistic visions. Previously, Rodolfo served as a platoon sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from June 1992 to June 1996, where responsibilities included training and maintaining the efficiency of over 40 soldiers. Rodolfo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drawing, Painting, and Printmaking from Portland State University.
