The Directors Team at Latino Network comprises key leaders responsible for steering the organization’s mission and vision across various functional areas. This team includes the Director of Philanthropy, who oversees fundraising and donor relations; the Director of Health and Wellness, focusing on community health programs; the Director of Community Engagement and Leadership, who promotes civic participation; the Director of Evaluation, ensuring program effectiveness; the Director of Internal Operations, optimizing organizational processes; the Director of HR & Benefits, managing employee welfare; the Director of Finance, handling financial strategy; the Director of Youth Empowerment and Violence Prevention, addressing youth violence and supporting at-risk youth; and the Director of Economic Justice, advocating for economic opportunities within the Latino community. This cohesive team works collaboratively to uplift and empower Multnomah County Latinos through culturally-specific practices and services.
