Carmen Palafox

Carmen Palafox is the current Director at LatinxVC. Carmen has also been a Founding Partner at 2045 ventures, and a Partner at MiLA Capital. In addition to their current role, they have also served on the Advisory Board Member at Aura, and was a Management Consultant at Propina. Carmen has a passion for technology-enabled startups, especially those working on mobility, IoT, robotics, rockets, new materials, unwearables, and medical devices. Carmen has dedicated their career to helping organizations find that next level of growth using frameworks that guide critical thinking and surface solutions to business challenges. Carmen's clients have focused on increasing profitability through business development and promotional activities, as well as enhancing customer experience through process improvement.

Carmen Palafox has an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a degree in Sports Management from University of San Francisco, and a degree in Economics and International Relations from University of Southern California. Carmen is also a NSHMBA Scholar. Carmen has Series 24 and 7 licenses from FINRA, but they are lapsed.
