Noramay Cadena is a Managing Partner at Supply Change Capital, where they invest in early stage sustainable businesses that modernize the food system. Noramay is also a Lead Investor at Portfolia's Rising America Fund, which invests in companies led by people of color or LGBTQ entrepreneurs.

Prior to their venture capital career, Noramay was the Cofounder & Managing Partner of MiLA Capital (Make in LA), a venture fund that invest in hardware and robotics companies. Noramay also served on the boards of CARE, Valley Presbyterian Hospital, and HACLA.

Noramay is also a co-founder of the Latinas in STEM Foundation and a member of the board of directors of the MIT Club of Southern California.

Noramay Cadena has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Noramay also has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Business. Noramay Cadena graduated from San Fernando High School.
