Regina Riojas

Regina Riojas is a Venture Capital Fellow at SomosVC since October 2022, and has experience as an Investor at Mainsail Partners from July 2023 to May 2024. Previously, Regina worked as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on Technology at RBC Capital Markets from March 2021 to April 2023, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays between July 2020 and March 2021. Regina's background includes providing advisory and transaction execution for mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and capital issuances, particularly in sectors such as Industrial, Consumer, Power & Energy, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Telecom, and Technology. Prior to this, Regina served as a Client Advisor Analyst and Risk Management Specialist at UBS from October 2018 to July 2020. Regina holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from both Tecnológico de Monterrey and RMIT University, along with high school diplomas from College Alpin Beau Soleil and American School Foundation.
