Sergio Monsalve

Sergio Monsalve is a board member and early investor at LatinxVC. Sergio has also served on the board of Udemy and as a partner at Norwest Venture Partners. Monsalve has over 14 years of experience in the venture capital industry and has been involved in investments that have yielded significant returns.

Monsalve began their career in 2007 as a partner at Norwest Venture Partners. During their tenure at Norwest, Monsalve was involved in investments that yielded over $500 million in cumulative net gains. Sergio also led the investment in and served on the board of Udemy, which is now valued at over $3 billion. In 2014, Monsalve joined Kahoot! as an early investor. Kahoot! is now a public company with a valuation of over $2.4 billion.

Sergio Monsalve received a BS in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from Stanford University. Sergio then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
