Aiva Avota

Aiva Avota has a significant amount of work experience in the financial industry. Aiva'scareer began in 1997 at Latvijas Krājbanka where they served as Chief Accountant for four years. Aiva then moved on to AKB "Baltijas Tranzītu banka" where they worked as a Senior Tax Manager for two and a half years. After that, they joined ABLV Bank as Head of the Accounting Department for five years. Following their time at ABLV Bank, Aiva Avota worked at CBL Asset Management where they held the position of Head of the Finance Department for seven years, responsible for various financial planning and coordinating tasks. Most recently, Aiva Avota works at Latio Real Estate, serving as Chief Accounting Officer since 2017.

Aiva Avota completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies from 1987 to 1992. Aiva then pursued a First professional degree in Accounting and Finance from Latvijas Universitate, completing it in 1999. Lastly, they obtained their M.Econ. degree in Economics from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies between 2000 and 2003.
