Tatjana Bekere

Tatjana Bekere has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Tatjana is currently the Head of the Valuation Department at Latio Real Estate since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors as the Head of the Valuation Department and a Certified Valuator from August 2018 to July 2020. Tatjana also held the position of Expert of the LīVA Appraisers Certification Bureau and Leader of the Bureau of Competency Supervision at the Latvian Association of Property Appraisers (LīVA) from July 2013. Tatjana was previously employed by Nordea Bank Finland Latvia Branch as a Credit Security Analyst and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser from February 2010 to June 2017, where they focused on preparing real estate appraisals and improving valuation procedures. Tatjana began their career at Eiroeksperts (Euroexpert Group) as a Business Evaluator and Real Estate Appraiser from November 2002 to February 2010. Throughout their career, Tatjana has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of real estate appraisal and has provided valuable insights and guidance in the field.

Tatjana Bekere holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Latvijas Universitate, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. Tatjana then pursued Valuation of Enterprise (Business) at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2002 to 2006, but did not obtain a degree in this field.

Afterward, they obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electrical Power Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, although the specific start and end years are not provided.

In terms of additional certifications, Tatjana Bekere obtained the Real Estate Appraiser qualification through the Latvian Association of Property Appraisers (LīVA) in January 2009. Tatjana also received certifications in "Diskonta likme un kapitalizācijas likme" and "Uzņēmuma finanšu situācijas ātrā izvērtēšana" from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in October 2021 and June 2021, respectively.
