Kayla Fay

Kayla Fay is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in art direction and design. Currently serving as Associate Creative Director at Latitude since October 2021, Kayla previously held the position of Art Director at Target from March 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Creative at Periscope (2016-2020), Assistant Art Director at May Advertising & Design, Inc. (2014-2016), and Junior Designer at Immedia Retail (2013-2014). Additional experience encompasses freelance design, a Data Visualist Internship at Martin Williams (2012-2013), and various design roles in non-profit and educational settings. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from Minneapolis College of Art and Design between 2009 and 2012.
