Krista Carroll has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder and CEO of Latitude, where they focused on elevating talent and fostering exceptional business performance. Krista then served as a Board Member, Secretary, Treasurer, and Communications & Marketing Coordinator for Healing Haiti, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished people, particularly children and families in Haiti. Krista Carroll has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the College of Saint Benedict, which they obtained between the years 1996 and 2000. Krista later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education from Hamline University and completed it between 2003 and 2005. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Certificate from the New York State Department of Economic Development, Division of Minority and Women's Business Development (DMWBD) in September 2015. In the same year, they also obtained a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certificate from the Women Business Enterprise National Council. Additionally, in June 2014, they obtained a Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Certificate.
