Sierra Allegra

Sierra Allegra, PE, LEED AP, is a civil engineer with extensive experience in aviation infrastructure projects, currently working at Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sierra worked at HNTB from November 2014 to September 2020, focusing on design and construction services for taxiways, runways, terminal renovations, and aircraft maintenance hangars. Academic experience includes serving as a Surveying and Mapping Teaching Assistant and Math Excel Lab Teaching Assistant at Loyola Marymount University, where Sierra supported students in technical skills and data analysis. Sierra holds a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. An internship at the Military Installation Development Authority provided practical experience in engineering documentation and site work at the Utah Data Center.
