John ("Jack") Lepird

Jack Lepird is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and system optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager for Analytics at Latitude AI since February 2023, Jack previously held key roles at Argo AI, Amazon, and the United States Air Force. Notably, Jack developed enterprise-wide risk models influencing over $20 billion in investments during tenure at the Air Force and contributed to the advancement of algorithms for Aircraft Collision Avoidance Systems at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Jack's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research and Mathematics from the United States Air Force Academy.
