Ricardo B. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ricardo started their career in 2002 at Softway Contact Center as an Account Manager, where they worked for seven years. In 2009, they joined todo! and held various positions such as Account Manager, Pre-Sales Manager, and Senior Account Manager - Match Services (FIFA's partner). Ricardo then moved to Contax in 2013 as a Senior General Manager, managing a business unit with a large number of employees and clients. After leaving Contax in 2014, they joined Faculdade BandTec Digital School as a Senior Sales and Customer Service Manager. Currently, Ricardo is the Head of Sales at Latitude.sh, a position they have held since October 2018.

Ricardo B. has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. In 2002, they enrolled at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where they completed their undergraduate studies in Administration de Empresas in 2006. In 2009, they attended Impacta and completed a preparatory course in PMI (Project Management Institute). In 2012, Ricardo B. furthered their knowledge in Network Infrastructure by completing the Cisco Express Foundation for Account Managers program at Cisco. In 2015, they attended ESMT and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Technology and Innovation.
