Ryan Seamons

Ryan Seamons has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan is currently working at Latitude as the COO since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP of Product at Latitude from June 2021. Before joining Latitude, Ryan was the Founder of Groove, where they developed step-by-step toolkits for individuals and managers to guide conversations at work. Ryan also worked as a Product Advisor at Forward Exteriors, where they helped develop custom apps to improve the experience of getting roofs replaced. Ryan also has experience as the Chief Product Officer & Co-founder at Sprintwell, where they co-founded a product innovation firm and worked with clients like Capital Group and Hasbro. Ryan was the Director of Product at Degreed, driving growth from series A through series C and leading product management teams. Ryan also had a role as a Product Manager at LinkedIn, where they started and led the team that built LearnIn. Their earlier work experience includes roles as the Telefund Director at Brigham Young University, where they raised funds and improved employee turnover and efficiency, and as a Bioinformatic Applications Consultant at ARUP Laboratories, where they designed databases and developed software applications for DNA sequence analysis.

Ryan Seamons attended Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Bioinformatics with a field of study in Computer Science. Ryan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (OB/HR).
