Kai Isand has extensive experience in the startup and tech community, currently serving as the Head of Program and Board Member at Latitude59 since 2017, playing a key role in community management and investor experience in Kenya. Kai has organized and led various events, including the Nomad Summit and numerous hackathons through multiple organizations such as Eventornado and Garage48, demonstrating a strong commitment to building tech communities and fostering innovation across Europe, Asia, and Africa. With a background in education from Tallinn Health College and Pärnu Sütevaka Humanitaargümnaasium, Kai Isand has established a reputation as a leader in program management and community engagement within the startup ecosystem.
