Mirjam Mäesalu

Mirjam Mäesalu has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mirjam is currently working as the Head of Public Relations at Latitude59 since April 2022. Prior to this, from 2021, Mirjam was a Senior PR Consultant and Project Manager at Meta Advisory Group. From 2017 to present, they have been working as a Public Relations Advisor, offering services such as communication strategy, brand communication, media relations, and crisis management in cooperation with other specialists. Mirjam also has experience working as a Group Fitness Trainer at MyFitness, where they specialized in office workouts and freelance speaking on health and fitness. Mirjam has worked as a Consultant at IDEA PR Estonia, where they planned and executed PR activities and managed media relations. Mirjam has also served as an Event Coordinator and Project Manager at the Estonian Human Resource Management Association PARE. Mirjam worked as a Competence Specialist at Ericsson and as a Program Manager at the Center for Public Service Training and Development in Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. Additionally, they co-founded Musi Pulmad and worked as a Wedding Planner, organizing weddings and showcasing skills in teamwork, time management, client relationship management, and communication.

Mirjam Mäesalu has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education Sciences and Andragogy, which they obtained from Tallinn University in the years 2002 to 2005. Mirjam later pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tallinn University between 2015 and 2017. In 2017, Mirjam also completed a Group Fitness training program offered by the Estonian Gymnastics Federation. Mirjam has obtained additional certifications such as being a Certified Yoga Teacher (Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha) from Yoga Alliance in 2020, a Licensed TRX Trainer from TRX Training in 2018, and a Group Fitness Trainer from the Estonian Gymnastics Federation in 2017. Mirjam has also acquired a High School diploma from Türi Gümnaasium between the years 1990 and 2002. Additionally, they are a Work Environment Specialist certified by Riskianalüüs OÜ.
