Jonathon Ilett

Jonathon Ilett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and investment in technology startups. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Revenue Syndicate since April 2022, Jonathon has established the UK’s first Angel Syndicate designed for professionals in go-to-market roles across EMEA. As an angel investor, Jonathon has invested in over 40 startups, including notable companies such as Anduril and Cognism. In addition, Jonathon holds the position of Vice President of Global Sales at Cognism, where achievements include significant revenue growth from $40 million to $70 million ARR in 2023 and a history of consistently exceeding team targets. Previous roles at Cognism include Head of Sales and Sales Director, contributing to remarkable expansions in revenue during those years. Education includes a degree in International Business Management from Swansea University and experience at York University.
