Anand Kapoor is the Founder and Vice-Chairman of Lato Milk, a prominent East African dairy company that collaborates with over 10,000 smallholder farmers to produce and distribute high-quality dairy products across multiple countries. Additionally, Anand serves as the Founder and Director of Glad AgriTech, an initiative aimed at connecting smallholder farmers with international financing and technology to improve productivity.
