Claude-Etienne Armingaud

Claude-Etienne Armingaud, CIPP/E, currently serves as a Partner in Technology & Intellectual Property at Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés and as VP of Events at the Cornell Club of France. Previously, Claude-Etienne was a Partner at K&L Gates, where significant contributions included establishing the Paris Tech/Privacy/IP team and coordinating the firm's global Technology Transaction & Privacy Practice in Europe. Additionally, Claude-Etienne has served on the EU Advisory Board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, held a lecturer position at Université Panthéon Assas, and participated as a speaker at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau. Early career roles included legal positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Gide Loyrette Nouel, along with involvement in the CQTM network. Claude-Etienne obtained an LLM from Cornell Law School and multiple degrees from Université Paris Nanterre and Saint Michel de Picpus.
