Michelle Webster

Michelle Webster, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of People, Learning & Culture at Latrobe Community Health Service since June 2018, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and organizational culture enhancement. With extensive experience in strategic roles, Michelle has previously managed business development and innovation initiatives, oversaw data warehouse project management, and held leadership positions in non-profit organizations, including the Alannah & Madeline Foundation. Additionally, Michelle is a member of the Board of Directors for Southside Racing, contributing to the merger of two prominent racing clubs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion from Deakin University.
