Tatjana Blinnikova started their work experience at daily newspaper Diena in 1990, where they began as a translator and later became the chief of Technical Department in the newspaper's Russian edition. Tatjana also held roles as a loyalty program manager, brand manager in marketing, and by the time they left the company, they held the position of project manager responsible for international projects. In 2007, they joined Domino BBDO as a strategic planner until 2010. Tatjana then moved to Lattelecom in 2010 as a brand manager, with no specified end date.
Tatjana Blinnikova completed their Bachelor's degree in Slavonic philology from Latvijas Universitate between 1986 and 1994. Afterward, they pursued further education at Riga Business School (RBI) and obtained a Master's degree in Economics from 2000 to 2005.
