Karthik Senthil

Karthik Senthil currently serves as the Head of ZKsync Era at Matter Labs, a position held since January 2024, where responsibilities include single-threaded ownership of the ZKsync Era project. Concurrently, Karthik is a Venture Partner at Lattice, focusing on investments in leading crypto founders since October 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Engineering Manager at Circle, facilitating institutional engagement in web3 from December 2022 to December 2023, and founding GMneedhelp, a web3-powered knowledge network, which operated from November 2021 to July 2022. Karthik also founded HAX, promoting crypto education and community from October 2020 to December 2021. Earlier positions include Software Development Manager at Amazon, Technical Advisor at Bastille Agency, and roles at Wildcard and Goldman Sachs, contributing significantly to engineering and product development. Karthik holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
