Anand Daga

Anand Daga is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in design methodology and computer-aided design (CAD), currently serving as the Design Methodology and CAD Director at Lattice Semiconductor since March 2018. Anand has effectively led a globally dispersed team, overseeing significant budgets for EDA tools and implementing a modified Agile Methodology that improved R&D productivity. Prior to this, Anand held the position of Design Engineering and CAD Director at Xilinx from April 2011 to March 2018, where responsibilities included steering product strategies and ensuring high-quality tape-outs. Anand's career began at AMD, progressing from Senior Design Engineer to Senior Member of Technical Staff, demonstrating expertise in power/timing goals and significant contributions to memory interface designs. Anand holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
