Umasuten Karisnan

Umasuten Karisnan is the Head of Human Resources at Lattice Semiconductor Malaysia and Singapore since May 2023. Prior to this role, Umasuten worked at Intel Corporation from September 1997 to May 2023 in various HR management positions, overseeing payroll, health & benefits management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Umasuten holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Western Illinois University.
