Derek Coatney

Derek Coatney is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Lattice since April 2022, where Derek leads the Platform team and oversees the Engagement, Goals, Grow, Manager Tools, and Analytics product teams. Additionally, Derek has served as an advisor at CoPilot since February 2022 and spent time on the board at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania until August 2023. Prior experience includes Director of Product Management at Ethos and a significant tenure at Google from July 2007 to October 2021, where Derek held various roles including Senior Product Manager for Shopping and Product Manager for Travel and Search Ads. Derek’s academic background includes a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
