James Free has a diverse work experience history. James is currently working as the Manager of Customer Success - EMEA at Lattice since April 2021. Before that, they worked at Hired, Inc., starting in December 2015. At Hired, they served as the Manager of Customer Success - EMEA, responsible for managing customer success operations in the EMEA region and supporting the company's growth. James also held the role of Senior Account Manager & Team Lead and Associate Client Executive during their time at Hired. Additionally, James was part of the initial launch team into the UK market and played a key role in implementing business operations and strategy as part of the Operations, New Markets role. Prior to Hired, James worked as a Business Development Executive at FINLAY, a fashion-oriented British lifestyle brand specializing in bespoke eyewear, from July 2013 to December 2014. James also co-founded Bungo Clothing, a premium clothing brand and online shopping platform, acted as a Co-Founder from 2012 to March 2014. Before that, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at The Real Asset Co, a financial services trading start-up, from December 2012 to January 2013. James started their career as a Brand Ambassador at Sipsmith, an independent spirits brand, from November 2011 to September 2012, where they organized sampling sessions and developed customer and co-marketing relationships.
James Free completed their A levels from Esher College between 2008 and 2010. James then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham, studying from 2010 to 2013.
