Jillian Vogel has a wide range of work experience in various customer success and management roles. Jillian is currently working at Lattice as a Senior Customer Success Manager since June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager at Lattice from December 2020 to June 2022. Before joining Lattice, Jillian worked at Northpass as a Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to December 2020. Jillian also had a role as a Client Success Manager at Namely from June 2018 to July 2019, and as an HR Consultant at Namely for a brief period in May 2018. Jillian Vogel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Jillian attended the university from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, which they obtained from SuccessHACKER in September 2020.
