Business Operations at Lattice

Joshua Netter has a diverse work experience across various companies and industries. Joshua started their career as a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley Department of Geography, where they provided research and administrative support to Professor Michael Watts. During this time, they focused on topics such as food security, human development, and the socio-environmental impacts of natural resource extraction in oil-producing countries.

Joshua then worked as a Research & Innovation Intern at Good World Solutions, a social enterprise that empowers workers and builds transparency across global supply chains. Here, they built the Fair Wage Guide 2.0, a fair wage calculator for workers in over 150 countries, and designed a specialized wage framework for Samasource workers in Uganda and Kenya.

Joshua then joined Zenefits, initially as part of the Operations team, where they collaborated with Engineering and Customer Success teams to resolve insurance product related issues and reduce case volume. Later, they worked as a Product Manager, managing a team across 3 international locations responsible for open enrollment tools that served thousands of customers. Joshua designed and launched internal tools that reduced error rates and increased operational efficiency.

After Zenefits, Joshua joined Bali Direct as part of the Business Operations team, where they managed all business operations, customer service, marketing, and technical strategy for an e-commerce grocery store serving over 1,000 customers in Indonesia. Joshua drove a 6x increase in monthly recurring revenue, launched Bali's first meal kit delivery service, and onboarded new suppliers.

Following their time at Bali Direct, they briefly worked as a Consultant at the World Bank Group before joining Cheetah as part of the Office of the CEO. At Cheetah, they supported the CEO in various operational and strategic initiatives.

Their most recent role is at Lattice, where they currently work in Business Operations.

Joshua Netter attended Torrey Pines High School. After completing high school, they attended the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, Joshua studied at Richmond, The American International University in London. No specific degree or field of study has been provided for any of their educational experiences.
