Mia Remar

Mia Remar is the current People Partner Director at Lattice. Mia has also previously worked as an HR Business Partner, Director at Coinbase from March 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director, HR Business Partner at Affirm, Inc. from April 2018 to January 2019 where they were dedicated to HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations for a rapidly growing, private start-up. From January 2019 to March 2020, they were the Talent Management Director at LendingClub where they were responsible for enabling a holistic talent management strategy connecting performance and compensation, goals, and engagement, rooted in a culture of ongoing coaching and feedback. From March 2015 to April 2018, they were the Director, People Operations at LendingClub managing a team of six responsible for the People Operations, HR Systems, Immigration and Relocation functions in support of 1800+ employees. Mia has also worked as a Human Resources Division Partner at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory from April 2014 to March 2015 and as a Human Resources Manager at TubeMogul, Inc. from May 2012 to April 2014.

Mia Remar graduated from the University of California, Davis with a BA in Organizational Studies.
