Lia Gallitano

Lia Gallitano currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Development at Tinuiti since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lia held various positions at Ampush, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Talent Development and Retention, where significant contributions to performance management and employee retention were made. Lia's experience also includes positions as Director of Talent Strategy and Director of Growth Marketing, where skills in learning and development, coaching, and client relationship management were applied. Lia began a professional career with a strong foundation in marketing and technical support roles at organizations such as Wellesley College, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Lia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Wellesley College in 2015.
