Samantha Eckley

Samantha Eckley is a seasoned customer account manager with extensive experience in account management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as a Mid-Market Customer Account Manager at Lattice since September 2025, Samantha previously held the role of Senior Account Manager at JumpCloud, where performance excellence was recognized with Top Performer awards for several quarters. Prior to this, Samantha worked at BetterCloud as both an Enterprise and Corporate Account Manager, contributing to the leadership in SaaS operations. Samantha's earlier experience includes significant roles at WeWork, achieving high revenue performance and managing commercial real estate accounts, as well as previous positions at HUB International and Tech USA, focused on account management and recruitment. Samantha holds a degree in Family and Human Services from Towson University, obtained in 2016.
