Timothy Schultz

Timothy Schultz, MS, currently serves as Senior IT Manager at Lattice, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Timothy held the position of Senior IT Manager at Faire from 2019 to November 2024, where responsibility included centralizing service ownership, implementing IT best practices, and leading a 20-person IT team. As IT Manager at Weebly from 2017 to 2019, improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved through the development of SLAs and budget management. At Zocdoc, in the role of Senior Manager for Internal Technical Support from 2013 to 2017, Timothy built a global IT team and implemented crucial security measures. Additionally, Timothy managed a distributed team at BASIS Educational Group, focusing on technical support for over 400 users. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Minor in Art History from the University of Arizona.
