Rok Sikonja

Rok Šikonja is an experienced Engineering Manager at LatticeFlow AI, leading Team Oxygen since May 2021, and previously served as a Machine Learning Engineer at the same company. Prior to LatticeFlow, Rok was a Visiting Lecturer at Šolski center Novo mesto, where technical mathematics was taught to 39 students. An MSc thesis on autonomous control of power line overloading was conducted at Hitachi ABB Power Grids under the supervision of Dr. Jan Poland. Early career roles included development work in socially intelligent communication projects at the University of Ljubljana and leadership as the President of the Student Council at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Data Science from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Ljubljana.
