Keisha Benson Woods

Dr. Keisha Benson Woods is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Reverse Mentorship Lead at Lattitude and the Lead for the Reverse Mentoring Program (ReMP) at AFCEA NOVA since February 2021, Dr. Woods has a proven track record in securing $9 billion in new business and excelling in BD, Capture Management, and Proposal Management. With expertise in various contracts and supporting DoD and civilian agencies, Dr. Woods is knowledgeable in Enterprise IT Services, High Performance Computing, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Management, and Agile methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Director of Business Development and Capture at Engility Corporation and Senior Business Development Manager at both Leidos and Lockheed Martin IS&GS. Dr. Woods holds a PhD in IT Management from Capella University, a JD from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
