Pete Schramm has a varied work experience spanning different industries and roles. Pete is the CEO and Founder of Lattitude, a company that provides a software platform for employee engagement and professional growth. Pete also served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at The Catholic University of America, where they supported the school of engineering senior design class and developed course content. Pete worked as a Program Manager at QinetiQ US and as a Technical Program Manager at Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. (MTEQ). Pete also has experience at Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles including Risk and Opportunity Program Manager, Lead Senior Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Production Operations Supervisor, Operations LDP Sustainability Engineer, and Operations LDP Asc Proposal Analyst - Material Cost Estimator. Prior to their career in engineering and program management, Pete worked as a Fitness Center Supervisor at The Catholic University of America, an Assistant Project Manager at Pierce Associates, Inc and Construction Consultants, an Associate Maintenance Engineer at AK Steel, a Storeroom Utility Clerk in Supply Chain Management at II-VI Incorporated, and an Assistant Coach at Five-Star Basketball.

Pete Schramm earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Pete then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and completed it from 2013 to 2015.

In 2013, Pete also had a short educational experience at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they studied Mechanical Engineering as part of their engineering studies.

Before entering university, Pete attended Sewickley Academy from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their high school education.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Pete has obtained several certifications. These include the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-AHR) from ICAgile in August 2020, the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2019, the Lean Six Sigma - Blackbelt and Lean Six Sigma - Greenbelt from Lockheed Martin in October 2015 and January 2015 respectively, the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2020, and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Inc. in March 2020.
