Sam Allen

Sam Allen is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as M&A Director at Latus Group since July 2024. Previously, Sam held roles as a Board Observer at Helios Medical Communications and ITC Travel Group, along with an Investment Manager position at NorthEdge from 2021 to July 2024, and earlier as an Investment Executive. Sam also served as Investor Director at hublsoft and as a Board Observer for iPortalis. In a foundational role at EY-Parthenon, Sam worked as an Executive in Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy from 2017 to 2021. Sam's education includes a CA degree from ICAS and a degree from the University of Cambridge.
