Humberto Carlos Guida has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Humberto Carlos began their career as an Intern-Writer at The Miami Herald, where they published articles on social issues and arts & entertainment. Humberto Carlos then worked as a Staff Writer/Editor at Miami New Times, becoming the youngest Staff Writer at Village Voice's weekly newspaper. During this time, they published over 100 feature stories and five cover stories, including award-winning features. Humberto Carlos Guida later joined Niche Media as a Staff Writer/Contributing Editor. Humberto Carlos then moved to NBCUniversal, Inc., where they worked as a Producer/Writer on various programs for the bi-lingual cable network Mun2 (now NBC Universo). Their contributions helped Mun2 grow from a regional cable channel to a national network pioneer in bi-lingual programming. Currently, Humberto Carlos Guida is working at LATV as the Executive Producer/Head of Development, overseeing the production of the company's highest-rated shows, including documentary-series, talk shows, and podcasts.
Humberto Carlos Guida attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Florida International University School of Journalism and Mass Communication from 1998 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism.
