Ella Zile

Ella Zile is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in systems development and project management, currently employed at Latvenergo since August 2015. Prior to this role, Ella worked at LVRTC in various capacities, including Internal Audit and Quality Compliance Specialist and Junior Information Systems Project Manager, where responsibilities included business process development and implementation of new services in line with industry standards such as e-TOM and ITIL. Earlier experience at JSC TRASTA KOMERCBANKA focused on client support and administration. Ella holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Banking from Banku Augstskola.
